Actually, he’s not wrong. For Black women, a period is called such because it should LITERALLY appear to be a drop of blood, hence a PERIOD. Heavy blood flow is caused from hemorrhaging in the system, which isn’t natural. That’s why it hurts, as I would imagine. It really does involve diet.

Look, I’m a big fan of women’s overalls, I think they’re a cute look… but skin-tight overalls seem. Antithetical. To the nature of overalls.
One of my biggest pet peeves in women’s fashion is “aping functionality”. Clothing designed to resemble actual, functional workwear, but actually being flimsy garbage that instantly vaporizes under any pressure. Cargo pants with pockets that don’t fit anything? Overalls that are hyper-constrictive, skintight, and thin? Work boots that offer no support? Why?! It makes it so much harder to find genuine functional clothing.

i swear to god I know people that will learn everything from changing oil to applying makeup to computer construction/ repair via youtube but apparently there isn’t a single damn DIY video on tailoring techniques.
not that hard to sew a button, hem some pantsI buy virtually all of my clothing from the men’s section, and you know what? It’s not that easy! I have a short list of brands and styles that even kind of fit me. Many brands don’t even offer men’s clothing in “small”, let alone “extra small”, and even when work clothing is offered in boys’ sizes, it’s generally pre-tailored for very slim, straight bodies. Tailoring oversized men’s clothing to fit you takes more than sewing on a button or hemming some pants, unless you want to look like you’re wearing a literal clown costume or zoot suit. I know how to sew, and I have the good fortune to have access to a decent sewing machine that can handle tough fabrics, but tailoring heavy-duty men’s clothing to fit me in ways that are both comfortable and don’t make me look like a Victorian waif takes a great deal of skill.
And tell me, how does one tailor a man’s boot to fit you?
I see that you reblog “MRA stuff“, but I fail to see how “hey, it would be nice if more women’s clothing were actually functional” impedes upon men’s rights in any conceivable way.
